Alexandros Fereos
Founder & Managing DirectorThe founder and Managing Director of A. Fereos Developers is Mr. Alexandros Fereos whose work is renowned for its architectural ingenuity which is evident in the company’s residential properties under development. Alexandros is a graduate of Architecture (B.Arch.) and a Master of Architecture (M. Arch) from the National Technical University of Athens in Greece.
From 2002 to 2004, he worked in J&P AVAX S.A. (one of the biggest construction groups in Greece) as a Section Engineer in Infrastructure and Building Works (construction management and monitoring). Alexandros had the chance to participate in several noteworthy projects including the Athens Suburban Railway, AEK Athens F.C. Stadium in Nea Filadelfeia and Athens Medical Group Head Quarters in Marousi.
In 2004 he returned to Cyprus and joined his father’s architectural firm H. Fereos & Associates, a practice established in Nicosia in 1982. There he had the opportunity to expand his portfolio by working on many small residential projects and large commercial initiatives such as the New Nicosia General Hospital. In 2007, Alexandros Fereos founded A. Fereos Developers Ltd and began working on his first new development project, a residential building in Engomi, Nicosia.
In 2015 Alexandros left his father’s firm to focus entirely on the activities of A. Fereos Developers but continues to practice architecture through A. Fereos Architects. His day-to-day activities include key market research, investment analysis, building design, marketing & sales, business administration and real estate development.
Mr. Alexandros speaks both Greek and English.
He is a member of The Scientific Technical Chamber Cyprus (ETEK) (No. A093452),The Technical Chamber Greece (TEE) (No. 98243) and the Architects Association of Cyprus.
Mr. Alexandros Fereos has partnered with Mr. Lefteris Minopoulos, a brilliant Civil Engineer and developer who joined the effort offering his experience and commitment to thrive the Greek and Cyprus real estate markets.
Mr. Lefteris Minopoulos holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. He is a Member of the Hellenic Association of Civil Engineers and the Technical Chamber of Greece. He is a construction development inspector and auditor for the Hellenic Ministry of Environment.
